The European Masters Qualifier tournament will be held in Järva DiscGolfPark on Saturday, June 14th. The event is a PDGA XC-tier event, which consist of two 18-hole rounds with a shotgun start. The tournament begins at 9:00 and ends approx. at 19:00.
The course is open for public but the tournament affects the whole course, including the pace of play. Driving range will be closed until 19:00. Hole 4 can not be played as the basket will be removed from that hole. Visitors should go from hole 3 to hole 5. Hole 5 basket is at the yellow position and hole 17 basket is at a special position, close to blue pin position. Other baskets will be in blue position or green position. Regular players should be aware of the following arrangements due to the tournament:
- The tournament players have right of way. You must let the tournament groups pass you.
- If you see a tournament group arriving at the tee while you’re still there, let them play the hole first. Enjoy the performance of the players, maybe you can even get some tips.
- If you are in the middle of a hole, you should mark your lie and clear the fairway for tournament players. You can continue playing after the tournament group has completed the hole. If you’re already putting on a hole, just hole out and move on to the next hole.
- Because of this you should keep an eye on the tee of the hole you are playing. If you see a tournament group arrive on the tee, please clear the fairway and signal that they can play the hole.
- Do not touch the discs of tournament players.
- The tournament players do not play the regular course. They might arrive to the tee from an unexpected direction. You can check the Major-layout of Järva DGP, which will be played in the Qualifier, here.
- Regular hole 2 players should pay extra attention to the driving range. The tournament players play from the driving range tee to hole 2 basket.

Speciella omständigheter på Järva under lördagen
European Masters kvalificeringstävling kallad The Qualifier kommer att hållas på Järva DiscGolfPark under lördag, 14 Juni. Tävlingen är en PDGA-sanktionerad XC-tier som spelas över två 18-hålsrundor med shotgun start. Start 09:00 med spel fram till ungefär 19:00.
Järva DiscGolfPark är öppen för allmänheten men tävlingen kommer att påverka hela banan, så även flytet på banan. Drivingrange är stängd fram till och med 19:00. Hål 4 kommer inte kunna spelas då korgen tas bort. De besökare som väljer att spela Järva denna dag går från hål 3 till hål 5. Hål 5 står på gul position och hål 17 har en speciell Master placering av korgen, nära blå position. Övriga korgar står på antingen grön eller blå position. Vanliga besökare/spelare skall ha följande i åtanke under tävlingen:
- Tävlingsspelarna har förtur. Du måste låta tävlingsgrupperna gå förbi.
- Om ni ser en tävlingsgrupp anlända till er utkastplats, låt de spela hålet först. Ta del av deras kast och kunskap. Kanske kan du även få något tips.
- Om ni är mitt ute på hålet, markera ert läge och gör fairway fri för tävlingens spelare. Ni fortsätter ert spel när tävlingsgruppen har spelat klart hålet. Om ni redan puttar ut på hålet, gör detta klart och fortsätt till nästa hål.
- Pga dessa omständigheter så bör ni ha koll på utkastet för det hål ni spelar. Gör fairway fri och ge tecken att de kan spela hålet.
- Rör inga discar som tillhör tävlingsgrupperna, inte heller om de har gått ut OB.
- Tävlingen spelas inte på en ordinarie bana. Spelarna kan komma från ett oväntat hål för er. Du kan finna Järva DGPs Master-layout bana som kommer att spelas, här.
- Spelare på hål 2 skall hålla extra vaksamhet över drivingrange. Tävlingens första hål spelas från drivingrange till korgen på hål 2.
